Guarantee
When your feeder arrives, hang it and put it to work for a full 120 days.
Fill it, take it apart at the sink, leave it out through the heat, the rain and the first frost. If the hummingbirds do not take to it, or the ants find a way in, email us at support@dinosaurized.com for a full refund.
No hoops. No headaches. No questions asked.
Cleaning It Stops Being a Job
Most feeders end up in the garage. Not broken. Just too much hassle to wash.
This one comes apart in your hands. Base off, mouth wide enough for your whole hand and a brush, every surface facing you. Two minutes at the sink and it’s done.
That’s the difference between a feeder you use and a feeder you meant to use.

Nothing Spills. So Nothing Crawls In.
On most feeders the ports sit underneath, so gravity drips nectar down the outside. That sticky film is what the ants follow down the pole and what the wasps turn up for.
Here the five flowers sit flat on top, above the nectar line. Nothing to drip.
The ant moat is built into the lid. Fill it with tap water and the ants stop at the edge. They don’t swim.
Two ways in. Both closed.

Winter Is When They Need It Most
Most people take the feeder down in September. But not every hummingbird leaves. More than 20% stay behind: late hatchers and hurt birds. The strong ones have flown the route before and know where the shelter and natural food are. These ones don’t, so they’re the ones who need a feeder most. Along the West Coast, Anna’s stay all winter too. With the flowers and bugs gone, your feeder may be the only meal for miles.
(And no, a feeder doesn’t keep them from migrating. Daylight tells them when to go. The ones still here are the ones who couldn’t.)
Nectar freezes, so you get two. Hang one out, keep one inside, and swap them each morning. Liquid nectar at dawn, ten seconds, no ice. No ants this time of year either.

Ready to Order, but Have Questions?
We got you covered.
I haven't seen a hummingbird in weeks. Is it worth hanging a feeder now?
It depends on where you live. Along the West Coast, some hummingbirds stay all winter, and those are the ones who need a feeder most. In colder regions, most have already left, so the feeder is ready for the first ones back in spring. It works the same way all year, and the 120-day guarantee is there if it doesn't suit you.
Will the ants and bees really stay out?
They are two different mechanisms. Ants are stopped by the moat: fill the cup on top with plain water and they will not cross it, because ants will not swim. Top it up whenever you refill the nectar, roughly once a week in hot weather, because a dry cup stops nothing. Bees are stopped by the ports: the nectar sits below the flower, far enough down that a bee cannot reach it but well within reach of a hummingbird's tongue. Keep the outside of the feeder clean and dry and the bees lose interest, because what actually draws them is spilled nectar on the shell, not what is inside.
Does it leak?
It seals without a rubber washer, which is the part that perishes and starts the drip on most feeders. Twist the base on firmly and hang it level. If yours does drip, that is exactly what the 120 day guarantee is for.
How do I clean it, and how often?
By hand, and it takes about two minutes. The base comes all the way off and the mouth takes your hand and a bottle brush. It is not dishwasher safe. Hot water and a brush is enough, no soap needed. In hot weather, every four or five days.
What do I put in it?
Four parts water to one part plain white sugar, stirred until it dissolves. Nothing else. No red dye, no honey, no brown sugar, no store bought mix. The feeder itself is already red, and red is the part the birds are looking for.

Hummingbirds love the design, easy feeding with perches. The wide opening makes for easy cleaning. They are durable. I place 6 feeders annually and as I have replaced the older ones with these as the capacity is greater. I l enjoy sitting on the patio in the mornings and watch and listen as the hummingbirds swarm the feeders.

Hands down the best hummingbird feeders I’ve gotten and I have had a lot of them. Bees ants wasps I’ve never had anything defend against them all. These do. The second I out them up they produced results. I like that they are plastic so they can’t break, they attracts so many hummingbirds all day long, easy to clean easy to fill and fantastic value for the money. Highly recommend

My hummingbird’s favorite feeder. I’ve owned a bunch of feeders and I love this one. Clear, sturdy plastic that’s super easy to clean. I’m ordering a second batch of these.
